Pizza

I decided to make pizza as my third bread. Even though it is not really bread it is made with yeast and flour so I thought it should count. Modern pizza originated in Naples and came into full form when cheese was added to it in 1889. Roman pizza has a thin crust whereas Chicago-style pizza has a thick crust. I am going to make Roman style pizza and since I sadly don't have a wood burning oven I will be using my pizza stone to create a similar cooking environment.
