Bagels Continued

I made bagels and they were very successful. The recipe I used said that the dough must rest for ten hours after it has been shaped into the bagel shaped rings, so I decided to make the dough before I went to bed, and then when I got up in the morning  I boiled and baked the bagels. The bagels were chewy and delicious. My brother said they were the best bagels he had ever had. I did not think they weren't even that difficult to make, so I was very excited.
