Challah Bread #2

I made another challah bread recipe and it was very successful. It seems to be becoming a trend that my first attempt fails while my second attempt turns out extremely well. I used a recipe from Saveur Magazine and I will post it soon. I split the recipe in half which worked well because I only wanted to make two loaves instead of four. The only thing that I found strange was the amount of time the recipe gave the challah in the oven. My bread was done after 30 minutes instead of the 45-60 the recipe recommended; perhaps my loaves were just smaller than normal. Anyways, it was delicious!
